Mr. Krulisky focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, private equity, corporate law, entity formation, contract law and general business matters. He applies his experience in multiple areas of the law to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice as they negotiate and execute a variety of business transactions.
Mr. Krulisky has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having represented buyers and sellers in asset- and stock-based transactions. It is not unusual for unexpected circumstances to arise during an M&A transaction, and Mr. Krulisky has been successful in developing solutions to overcome such unexpected circumstances and getting his clients the outcomes they desired.
As part of his corporate and securities practice, he has counseled clients in a variety of matters, including formation and organization of entities, joint ventures, technology transfers, contract negotiations, public and private offerings of securities, and SEC regulatory compliance.
He has represented private and public companies, entrepreneurs, and start-up companies. Mr. Krulisky’s experience extends across a wide range of industries, including electronic technologies, biotechnology, waste services, automobile dealerships, equipment leasing, manufacturing, transportation and logistics.
Mr. Krulisky graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University.
Past Professional Experience:
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Krulisky held finance related positions with First Interstate Bank of California, Allstate Insurance, and Heller Financial. He is a past Chair of the Securities Regulation Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and a past Board member of Invest Southwest Capital Conference, Arizona Angel Investment Conference, Arizona Venture Capital Conference, the Taser Foundation, and the Arts & Business Council of Greater Phoenix.
